CNY is just around the corner and i had promise my mum to help her to bake some pineapple tarts.. We start around 11am.. My 4 years old niece is helping us too!! Haha.. Can you believe 4 years old kid can bake tart?? Let's see the process of baking pineapple tarts..
Mum is rolling the pineapple filling with the pastry..
These pineapple tart are ready to be put into the oven to bake.. My niece help me to apply the egg yolk on the tart...
Let it bake in the oven for 20 minutes...
